My
Story
Growing up, animals weren’t just pets—they were my family, my confidants, my greatest teachers. When my own beloved companions died, I searched for support but found mostly platitudes: “It’s just a pet” or “Time heals.” But my pain was real, complicated, and lonely—especially after the loss of my beloved soul dog, Freddy. Making the decision to euthanize him broke me. Each experience carved into me a deep understanding: not all grief is simple, and not all goodbyes are the same.

I trained in hypnotherapy and grief care precisely because I needed, and couldn’t find, the kind of genuine, nonjudgmental support every grieving pet guardian deserves. I realized that too many people are left out of traditional healing spaces because of what they feel, how their pet died, or just not fitting the mould. My mission is to change that.

I blend evidence-based trauma support, gentle rituals, and real conversation—no scripts, no clichés. Sometimes that’s coaching, sometimes deep listening, sometimes simply holding space for your tears or anger. You set the pace and the focus. My role is to walk beside you, not drag you forward on someone else’s timeline.
